The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 34, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 317 of the Cr.P.C. on 10.07.2015 in which two witnesses were present, but none tendered for crossexamination. Consequently, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2015 and has already remained in jail for more than a month. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
