JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 11.07.2017 wherein Sessions Case No. 92 of 2017 has been mentioned in para-1 and prayer portion of the order, since the same has been mentioned in the main bail petition.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now he has made necessary correction in the prayer portion and para-1 of the bail petition. The order dated 11.07.2017 is accordingly modified and in the first paragraph and prayer portion of order dated 11.07.2017, Sessions Case No. 253 of 2017 be read in place of Sessions Case No. 92 of 2017.
