JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Siwan for revoking the suspension of the Arms Licence no. 326 of 2000 which was suspended vide case no. 1467 of 2014.

This Court is of the opinion that for the aforesaid purposes i.e. for revocation of suspension of Arms licence, the remedy to the petitioner lies before the District Magistrate, Siwan, hence this Court, while disposing of the present writ petition, grants liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for revocation of suspension of Arms licence no. 326 of 2000 and in case, such an application is filed, the District Magistrate, Siwan shall consider the same in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.17646 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 law and pass final orders within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed on the aforesaid terms.
