The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat P.S. Case No. 910/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and tried to snatch his pistol.

It is submitted that the informant got injured. On account of some verbal altercation, this case has been lodged. Similarly situated co-accused Hannan @ Md. Hannah and Md. Sajjad @ Arman have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
