In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.36 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with the brother of the petitioner in the year 2009 and incident of death of the daughter of the informant has taken place on 19.03.2015. Allegation has been made against the accused persons that they have killed the daughter of the informant and cremated the dead body.

The petitioner is Devar of the deceased and he was living separately and four co-accused persons, except the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58370 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 husband of the deceased, have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 34273 of 2015.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Yadav, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case no. 36 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
