Petitioner is said to be an order giver and the specific allegation of assault is against the other co-accused. Moreover, it appears that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19.05.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No. 124 of 2015.
