No. 46347 of 2012, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.04.2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence he could not mark the case and, thus, when it was called out on 16.04.2015, he could not appear, as a result of which the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. In view of the submissions made above, the restoration application is allowed and Cr.Misc. No. 46347 of 2012 is restored to its original file.
