2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 924 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, one criminal fired upon the police. The petitioner has been caught with one country made pistol and three live cartridges. The petitioner has eight criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner due to antecedents.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

5. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

6. The District Judge, Hajipur at Vaishali will take action in this direction.
