The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks direction to the Collector-respondent No.3 to make payment of compensation for acquisition of his land for construction of Purnahiya approach road.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed counter-affidavit annexing Annexure A, B and C. Annexure C shows that remaining amount of compensation i.e. Rs.1,73,63,611/- is made available to the Land Acquisition Officer for disbursement to the land owners whose land has been acquired for construction of approach road.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16486 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector and the Land Acquisition Authority, Sheohar to make payment of compensation amount to the petitioner after completion of process of acquisition of land within four months from the date of receipt of this order as the amount has already been made available to the Land Acquisition Authority.
