The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2022 in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 07.12.2021 and 29.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12979 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 6606 of 2021 respectively, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st
