It would appear that Pankaj Sah @ Pankaj Kumar Sah, who happens to be younger son of the informant, established physical relation with the wife of the deceased and subsequently, aforesaid Pankaj Sah @ Pankaj Kumar Sah got eliminated the deceased with the help of co-accused Munna Sah as well as this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Munna Sah as well as Pankaj Sah @ Pankaj Kumar Sah have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Nagar P.S. Case no. 598/2014.
