The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 454 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.04.2021. Vide order dated 01.12.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for prosecution evidence. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66086 of 2021(3) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 454 of 2019.
