The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 arising out of G. R. No. 310 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 411, 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order of this Court dated 16.12.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52172 of 2022 by which coaccused, Lalit Kumar Mandal has been granted conditional bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 16.12.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 52172 of 2022, this application is also allowed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 23.02.2022, he is directed to be released on bail after completing one year in custody, on furnishing bail
