2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Badem P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 75, 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3), 79, 3(5) of the BNS and section 8/12 of POCSO Act.
3. According to the allegation, on the occasion of marriage in the house of the informant, the relatives were present. The petitioner and co-accused Sharwan Kumar started teasing the girls, including the victim, aged about 14 years. When the brother of victim protested, he was assaulted with

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is under custody since 05.06.2025.
5. The petitioner and the co-accused were not only engaged in eve-teasing, but they also badly assaulted Dheeraj Kumar (brother of the victim) when he protested.
6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below after three months from today, and it shall be considered by the court below if the petitioner is not involved in any other case except the present one.
7. With these observations, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
