Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within three years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances and it is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty, prior to her death by petitioner due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer of bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya stands rejected.
