2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 721 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioners are said to have committed dacoity in the town of Patna. They are in jail for more than two years. The trail has started.

4. Considering the fact that the trial has started, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
