2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nabi Nagar P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023 registered under section 30(a)/32/33/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was caught transporting 400 litre of spirit. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Court of Special Judge, Excise-1, Aurangabad in connection with Nabi Nagar P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023.
