JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43985 of 2021 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43985 of 2021, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of thirty days, but since petitioner was working as labour in Gujarat, he could not surrender within time.

In view of aforesaid fact, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63447 of 2022(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Accordingly, order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43985 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent and this petition is allowed.
