Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2015 on the accusation that without having any drug licence he was selling drugs.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a registered medical practitioner and as a matter of fact, he had kept some drugs for providing his patient and the aforesaid drugs were not being sold by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
