2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2288 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and to make correction in the address of the petitioner in the cause title portion.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the address of the petitioner in cause title portion is corrected and read as "resident of village Nawada Gamhariya, P.S. Yadopur, District Gopalganj" and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63870 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 204 of 2023, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

4. The order dated 08.02.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
