JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report with accusation that they used to follow the informant's grand daughter and also used to pass lewd comments against her, for which, petitioners are in jail custody since 14-06-2015.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POSCO) Muzaffarpur.
