The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Chakia PS Case No. 80 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354(a) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made in the F.I.R. that the petitioners and other accused persons have tried to disrobe the mother of the informant. There is allegation against Suresh Rai who has caused injury by sword and Lalbabu Rai has caused injury by farsa. Except two persons, there is no other allegation made against them.

No.59314 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Girija Devi, Sitaram Rai, Lalbabu Rai and Santosh Rai be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 13th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia PS Case No. 80 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
