ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 12.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 960 of 2015.. In view of the fag end of the Trial, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2015 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 352 of 2014 pending before the A.D.J.-XI, Muzaffarpur. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
