The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawadah Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 3 (x) of the Bihar Examination Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was wholly innocent. Someone was using his admit card for appearing in the examination and the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that since the petitioner is a student, his career will be tarnished if he is taken into custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62495 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
