JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioner being husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage.

It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that trial is at the advanced stage. Accordingly the application is disposed of in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 684 of 2011, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. It is expected from the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
