2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 65282 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody sine 12.05.2024. He is accused in two more criminal cases and in this regard he has filed supplementary affidavit stating therein that he is not absconding in those cases. The petitioner is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.
4. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant jointly oppose the prayer for bail and submit
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59585 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 that there is a direct allegation against the petitioner that he fired a shot at the mouth of the deceased, as a result of which the deceased died.
5. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
9. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023, pending before the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura is hereby rejected.
