20-03-2015 Heard Sri Bashistha Narayan Mishra, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sachidanand Rai, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Chanpatiya (Sirisiya) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 20 & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In view of nature of accusation, I do not find any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41213 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
