2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act registered in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the accusation of theft of four buffaloes and one she buffallo. It is stated that one she buffalo which was found in the pick-up van bearing Registration No. UP 65CT 3661 is belonging to the petitioner having been purchased by him from Badsah Nut on 22.05.2019 (Annexure-2). As regards four buffaloes , the same have been recovered from Bittu Kumar. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52937 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
