The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S.Case No.46 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 435 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the C.L.A. Act The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner is in jail custody since 26.02.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
