JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that anticipatory bail was filed in consequence of the cognizance taken by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. However, it has been submitted that the said order taking cognizance was challenged before the learned District Judge, Begusarai and the learned District Judge has set aside the order taking cognizance and remanded the case. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the case with a privilege to file anticipatory bail, if the occasion so arrived, and cognizance is taken again by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41537 of 2014 (3) dt.24-04-2015 This anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
