23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Rajauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered under Sections 328, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 49 & 50A of Bihar Excise Act and Section 3(2)(V) of SC & ST Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to this court to the very First Information Report which shows that only allegation against the petitioner is that he says labourer, he had not consumed liquor on the eve of Holi and as such collect the same. The labourer having collected the liquor, consumed and three days thereafter he died. The allegation is probably the liquor was a spurious liquor.

Be that as it may, in the event of his

No.41724 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S.
