Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pupri P.S. Case No.269 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 186, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons blocked the road and they were burning tyre. When the informant asked the accused persons not to block the

On enquiry, it transpired that one Jogendra Ram was assaulted by the villagers and Jogendra Ram died during the course of treatment in PMCH that is why the villagers were making protest after blocking the road in order to draw attention of the former Chief Minister who was to pass through the road.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were peacefully making protest. There is no allegation that the petitioners assaulted any police official. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ram Ratan Das, Ram Sagar Das and Chunnu Paswan were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.41754 of 2019 and other accused persons, namely, Maheshwar Das and four others were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.44069 of 2019. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated many other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
