2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309 ( 4 ) and 109 of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant namely Navin Kumar alleged that on 11.01.2025 at about 11 AM , when he was going to his CSP from his home , in the meantime , 3 motorcycles borne persons looted his bag containing cash of Rs. 2,95,000/- one laptop , one charger, voucher, cheque book and Aadhar card. On protest, one of them fired and fled away from the spot by snatching bag of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of this petitioner transpired during course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59227 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 investigation in the confessional statement of other accused persons . No looted articles were recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

5 . However, learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got 8 criminal antecedents out of which some of them are of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
