The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had love affair with the deceased prior to her marriage. Even after her marriage, the petitioner used to make calls to her pressing the deceased to continue the above stated relation but the deceased refused and on 10.09.2014 the dead body of the deceased was found hanging on a tree. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42203 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S.Tr. No. 39 of 2015 arising out of Meenapur P.S.case No. 373 of 2014.
