The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was working as Security Guard of a Jewellery Shop. He was asked to give his licence and on verification the licence was found to be forged. It is submitted that the petitioner bona fidely obtained the arms licence and he was working as Security Guard for his subsistence. He could not detect that the licence, which he received from Arms Office, Gaya, was forged one. He is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39547 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 since 26.6.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.
