2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 193, 196, 197, 209, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the mother of the petitioner namely, Rajmani Devi produced a certificate regarding age of the petitioner which was found forged and fabricated.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the certificate of this petitioner filed by the informant showing his date of birth is genuine. The mother

No.57350 of 2023(4) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 of the petitioner Rajmani Devi has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dt. 3.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59484 of 2022. moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.6.2022.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
