2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 419 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(22)(B) N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per prosecution, 2.658 Kg. of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The total recovery is about 12 Kgs. of ganja. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.06.2023.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56988 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 after completing one year in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 419 of 2023.
7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Khushrupur Police Station, District- Patna on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
