There is allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Ram Chandra Sahni that they threw acid on the informant causing burn injuries to him. Injuries are said to be grievous in nature but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Ram Chandra Sahni and petitioner came before this court for grant of anticipatory bail and a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 11.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.11274/2015 disposed of the aforesaid case directing the court below to consider regular bail application of the petitioner as facts of the present case constitute good ground for consider of prayer for regular bail.

It is further contended by him that petitioner and coaccused Ram Chandra Sahni surrendered before the court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39769 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 co-accused Ram Chandra Sahni was granted privilege of regular bail by the court below taking note of the observation of coordinate bench of this court but the petitioner was refused to be released on bail by lower court.

No doubt, informant sustained grievous injuries said to be caused by acid but taking note of this fact that having similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail, therefore, to maintain parity of justice, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Town P.S.
