The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol, six live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2015 i.e. for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015.
