The prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 has already been rejected as being infructuous vide order, dated 17.09.2016.

Petitioners 2 and 3, namely, Anand Ram and Raju Ram apprehend their arrest in Sadar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 under Section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Anila Devi took his daughter to market on 12.03.2015, but, her daughter did not return. On 14.03.2015, the petitioners threatened the informant with dire consequences, if any case is filed against them. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent. She went along with Anila Devi. She was recovered in Patna. The victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code disclose that Anila Devi took her to Hospital and from there to Bairiys Bus Stand. She went along with Kamlesh to Patna and solemnized marriage with him. The victim did not disclose the name of these two petitioners, Anand Ram and Raju Ram.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners, Anand Ram and Raju Ram, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
