JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and deceased was stabbed to death. There is allegation of illegal demand of dowry and the deceased died in other than normal circumstances within 2 -3 years of her marriage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence his prayer for bail in connection with L.N.M.U P.S.Case No. 250 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga stands rejected.
