JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. This application has been filed seeking modification firstly in the original petition giving rise to Cr. Misc. No. 19446/2021 and second correction would be a consequential one in the order dated 23.07.2021 by which the petitioner has been granted bail.

Learned counsel submits that the error crept in with regard to the father's name of the petitioner. The correct father's name is 'Shivnath Singh' but it was wrongly typed as 'Vishwa Nath Singh'.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to the corrections sought to be permitted in the original petition and in the order dated 23.07.2021. This Court accordingly direct that

No.66144 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 the correct name of the father of the petitioner being 'Shivnath Singh' be allowed to be inserted in the title portion of the original petition and thereafter a correction be carried out in the order dated 23.07.2021. The name mentioned as'Vishwa Nath Singh' shall be expunged from both the places. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in this regard in course of day itself.
