Vide detailed order dated 13.10.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.9976 of 2020, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Having gone through the records of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is again rejected in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.275 of 2019, pending in the court of learned A.D.J.-VI, Sitmarhi.
