The petitioner seeks bail in Vidyapatinagar (Ghataho) P.S. Case No. 96/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught red handed with the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for two months. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Vidyapatinagar (Ghataho) P.S.
