JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-392 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Satyendra and, after that, he was remanded in this case on 26-05-2016. The petitioner does have criminal antecedent of five cases but in the present case, it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as statement of some witnesses to this effect that the petitioner had helped the other accused in disposing off the looted articles, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38672 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
