Learned counsel for the State has produced order dated 05.09.2022 passed by the learned ACJM 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. According to the same, the final form/closure report, as submitted by the investigating officer in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S., F.I.R. No. 124/2022 has been accepted and the protest petition filed by the informant of the said case has been held to be not maintainable, hence has been rejected. In view of the above, no further adjudication on the matter is necessary. However, we reiterate that in our order

Patna High Court CWJC No.19402 of 2021(18) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 dated 31.08.2022, we had, in view of recent cases of Judicial Officer being assaulted, requested Hon'ble the Chief Justice to constitute a committee for the purposes of framing necessary guidelines for the security of the Judges, to be followed by the stakeholders including the State Government.
