JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Respective learned counsels along with learned Additional Public Prosecutor have been elaborately heard. Learned respective counsels carry firm view over success of reconciliation effort having initiated at their behest and, the parties have agreed to shake hands brushing aside their past. At the present moment, learned counsel for the complainant Kalpana has submitted that in retaliation of instant proceeding, her husband has filed Matrimonial Case No.431 of 2014, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act which, the petitioner should withdraw and that has been consented to. In likewise manner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant proceeding be also dropped over which, learned counsel for the complainant is also ready however, is to be taken in accordance with law. Furthermore, on account of restoration of harmonious relationship amongst
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41279 of 2014 (3) dt.06-04-2015 the spouses, it is expected at the both ends to prevent themselves from untoward event. That being so as well as for giving an opportunity to stabilize the spouses petitioner Ranjeet Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.203(c) of 2014 in event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
