The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused Md. Aftab. Petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2015 but has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Md. Aftab has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
