2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 154/2025 dated 08.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 61(2) of the BNS and sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic of Prevention Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, police conducted a raid and apprehended some male and females members including the petitioner from a house situated near Dandari Dhal at Mathurapur and some of the co-accused persons succeeded to flee away who were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56869 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 indulged in immoral trafficking act. It is further alleged that raid a team also seized some objectionable articles from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested on mere suspicion. The petitioner has not indulged in any immoral traffic act. The petitioner is a lady. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 154/2025, with the

The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
