====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 and Section 3 (5) (17) of Mahua Flower Act.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 240 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is urged that the petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2017. It is claimed that their antecedents are clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
